Terms of Service
Attorney Agenda — operated by RAKAM TECH W.L.L, Kingdom of Bahrain

These terms are an agreement between you and RAKAM TECH W.L.L ("we", "us"), a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain, covering your use of the Attorney Agenda app. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
1. Who may use it
The app is made for legal professionals and their staff. You must be at least 16 years old. An account belongs to one person: keep your password to yourself, and tell us at once if you believe someone else has reached your account. What is done through your account is treated as done by you.
2. What the app is — and what it is not
Attorney Agenda helps you organise cases, court sessions, notes, agendas and reports, and share them with people you choose. It records what you enter into it.
A calculated date is a reminder derived from what you entered and from the ordinary period the app applies to it. It cannot account for everything that shortens, suspends or extends a period in a particular case, and it is not a legal opinion on your deadline. Every deadline remains yours to verify with the court.
We are not responsible for a date that was entered wrongly, entered late or not entered at all, nor for a calculated date that turns out to differ from the period that applies in your case.
Nothing in the app is legal advice, and we do not practise law.
3. Your content and your clients' data
What you enter stays yours. You keep responsibility for it, including any duty of professional secrecy you owe your clients and any lawful basis you need to hold data about clients, opponents or other parties. We store it on your behalf and do not use it for our own purposes. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you — to store, back up, transmit and display your content so the app works, and so people you share with can see what you shared with them.
4. Sharing
You decide what to share and with whom. Anyone you share an account or a session with sees what your chosen permissions allow, and may act on it within those permissions. Choose carefully: we cannot judge whether a recipient is entitled to see what you send, and we are not a party to the arrangement between you. You may withdraw sharing at any time, but that does not undo what has already been seen.
5. Free plan and subscriptions
- Free plan. Without a subscription you may keep using the app with a reduced set of features, for as long as you like. There is no time limit and no charge.
- Paid plans. A subscription unlocks the features listed on the subscription screen in the app. Subscriptions are billed monthly, at the price and in the currency shown at the time of purchase.
- Billing. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are governed by that store's terms as well as these. We never see or hold your card details.
- Renewal and cancellation. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before that period ends. Cancellation is done in your Apple or Google account settings — there is no cancellation inside the app, and deleting the app does not stop the billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you have paid for runs to its end.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its policy. We cannot issue refunds for a store purchase ourselves.
- Prices and plans. We may change prices, or what a plan includes, for future periods. We will make the change visible before it applies to you, and you are free to cancel rather than accept it.
- When a subscription ends. A grace month follows it. During that month you can still open your account and read everything in it, but most actions that add or change data are unavailable until you renew. Sharing stops as well: those you shared with lose their access for as long as it lasts. Renewing within the month restores everything. If the month passes without renewal, the account moves to the free plan automatically.
- Moving to a smaller plan. Whenever your account moves to a plan with lower limits — because you changed plan, or because the free plan took over after the grace month — whatever exceeds the limits of the new plan is deleted, and deletion cannot be undone. Print anything you need to keep before that happens — the app's print produces a PDF you keep outside it, and it is the only way it hands your records back to you today.
6. Acceptable use
Do not: use the app unlawfully or to store data you have no right to hold; let others use your account, or resell access to it; try to reach accounts or data that are not yours; copy, decompile or reverse engineer the app; interfere with the service or its security; or extract data from it by automated means.
7. Availability, changes and your own copies
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. We may add, change or withdraw features, and may take the service down for maintenance. We back up your data regularly so the service can be restored if something goes wrong. These backups protect the service as a whole; they can't be used to restore individual items on request, and they don't replace the records you are required to keep. For anything you may need to produce outside the app, keep your own copy, for example by printing it.
8. Suspension and ending the agreement
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from within it. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where we are required to do so. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first. Deleting your account signs you out of all your devices and ends all sharing with other accounts, in both directions, right away. The account is then permanently deleted 30 days later, unless you sign in before then to cancel, and your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy and on our account deletion page; a cancelled subscription is not refunded for the remainder of its period.
9. Disclaimers
The app is provided as it is. To the extent Bahraini law permits, we make no warranty that it will be free of faults, that it will suit a particular purpose, that the data it holds is accurate — its accuracy is the accuracy of what was entered — or that a date it calculates is the date that applies in your case.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent Bahraini law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, lost clients, lost cases, missed hearings or missed deadlines. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
If a claim is brought against us because of your content, your use of the app, or your breach of these terms, you will cover the loss, the damages and the reasonable legal costs that result.
12. Our rights in the app
The app, its name, its design and its software belong to us. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while these terms are in force. Nothing here transfers ownership of it to you.
13. Apple and Google
These terms are between you and us alone. Apple and Google are not parties to them, and neither has any obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app.
Where you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, the following also apply:
- Your right to use it is a licence to run it on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as the App Store Terms of Service allow.
- If the app fails to conform to any warranty that applies to it, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund what you paid for it. To the fullest extent the law allows, that is the whole of Apple's warranty obligation, and everything else about a warranty is ours.
- Any other claim about the app — product liability, a failure to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, or a claim under consumer-protection or privacy law — is ours to answer, not Apple's.
- A claim by anyone that the app infringes their intellectual property is likewise ours to answer.
- You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a United States embargo or designated by the United States as supporting terrorism, and that you are not on any United States list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above will change, and we will make a material change visible in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new version.
15. Law, jurisdiction and language
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This English text is the binding version; the Arabic is a translation provided for convenience, and the English prevails if the two differ.

هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبين شركة RAKAM TECH W.L.L ("نحن")، وهي شركة مسجّلة في مملكة البحرين، وتحكم استخدامك لتطبيق Attorney Agenda. بإنشائك حساباً أو باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك تقبلها، وإن لم تقبلها فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
١. من يحقّ له الاستخدام
التطبيق مُعدّ للمختصين القانونيين ومن يعمل معهم. يجب ألا يقلّ عمرك عن ١٦ عاماً. والحساب لشخص واحد: احتفظ بكلمة سرّك لنفسك، وأبلغنا فوراً إن ظننت أن أحداً وصل إلى حسابك. وما يجري عبر حسابك يُعدّ صادراً عنك.
٢. ما هو التطبيق — وما ليس هو
يساعدك Attorney Agenda على تنظيم القضايا والجلسات والملاحظات والأجندة والتقارير، ومشاركتها مع من تختار. وهو يسجّل ما تُدخله فيه.
والموعد المحسوب تذكيرٌ مستخرَج مما أدخلته ومن المدة المعتادة التي يطبّقها التطبيق. وهو لا يحيط بكل ما يقصّر المدة أو يوقفها أو يمدّها في قضية بعينها، وليس رأياً قانونياً في ميعادك. وكل ميعاد يبقى مسؤوليتك تتحقق منه لدى المحكمة.
ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية موعد أُدخل خطأً أو متأخراً أو لم يُدخل أصلاً، ولا موعد محسوب تبيّن أنه يخالف المدة الواجبة التطبيق في قضيتك.
ولا شيء في التطبيق يُعدّ استشارة قانونية، ونحن لا نمارس المحاماة.
٣. محتواك وبيانات موكّليك
ما تُدخله يبقى ملكك، وتبقى مسؤوليتك عنه قائمة، بما في ذلك سرّ المهنة تجاه موكّليك والأساس القانوني لحفظ بيانات الموكّلين أو الخصوم أو غيرهم. ونحن نخزّنه نيابةً عنك ولا نستعمله لأغراضنا. وتجد تفصيل تعاملنا معه في سياسة الخصوصية.
وأنت تمنحنا فقط الإذن اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة لك — تخزين محتواك ونسخه احتياطياً ونقله وعرضه ليعمل التطبيق، وليرى من تشاركه ما شاركته معه.
٤. المشاركة
أنت من يقرّر ماذا يشارك ومع من. ومن تشاركه حساباً أو جلسة يرى ما تسمح به الصلاحيات التي منحتها، وله أن يتصرّف في حدودها. فاختر بعناية: لا يمكننا أن نحكم على أحقية المستلِم في الاطلاع على ما ترسله، ولسنا طرفاً فيما بينكما. ولك سحب المشاركة متى شئت، غير أن ذلك لا يلغي ما اطُّلع عليه فعلاً.
٥. الخطة المجانية والاشتراكات
- الخطة المجانية. من دون اشتراك يمكنك الاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق بمجموعة ميزات أقل، وللمدة التي تشاء. لا حدّ زمني ولا مقابل.
- الخطط المدفوعة. يفتح الاشتراك الميزات المذكورة في شاشة الاشتراك داخل التطبيق. وتُحتسب الاشتراكات شهرياً بالسعر والعملة المعروضين وقت الشراء.
- الدفع. يتم الشراء عبر متجر Apple App Store أو Google Play، ويخضع لشروط ذلك المتجر إضافةً إلى هذه الشروط. ونحن لا نرى تفاصيل بطاقتك ولا نحتفظ بها.
- التجديد والإلغاء. يتجدّد الاشتراك تلقائياً في نهاية كل مدة ما لم تُلغِه قبل انتهائها بأربع وعشرين ساعة على الأقل. والإلغاء يتم من إعدادات حسابك في Apple أو Google — ولا يوجد إلغاء داخل التطبيق، وحذف التطبيق لا يوقف الاحتساب. والإلغاء يوقف التجديد القادم، أما المدة المدفوعة فتمضي إلى نهايتها.
- الاسترداد. يتولّاه المتجر الذي اشتريت منه وفق سياسته، ولا نملك ردّ قيمة شراء تمّ عبر متجر.
- الأسعار والخطط. قد نغيّر الأسعار أو ما تشمله الخطة للمُدد القادمة، ونُظهر التغيير قبل سريانه عليك، ولك أن تُلغي بدل أن تقبله.
- عند انتهاء الاشتراك. تليه مهلة شهر واحد، تظلّ خلالها قادراً على فتح حسابك وقراءة كل ما فيه، غير أن معظم عمليات الإضافة والتعديل تتوقف حتى تجدّد. وتتعطّل المشاركات كذلك، فيفقد من شاركتهم وصولهم طوال المهلة. والتجديد خلالها يعيد كل ذلك. فإن انقضى الشهر بلا تجديد، تحوّل الحساب إلى الخطة المجانية تلقائياً.
- الانتقال إلى خطة أصغر. كلما انتقل حسابك إلى خطة حدودها أقل — بتغييرك للخطة، أو بانتقاله إلى الخطة المجانية بعد انقضاء المهلة — يُحذف ما يتجاوز حدود الخطة الجديدة، والحذف لا رجعة فيه. فاطبع ما يلزمك الاحتفاظ به قبل ذلك — الطباعة في التطبيق تُنتج ملف PDF تحتفظ به خارجه، وهي اليوم الطريقة الوحيدة التي يعيد بها إليك سجلاتك.
٦. الاستخدام المقبول
لا يجوز: استخدام التطبيق على وجه مخالف للقانون أو لحفظ بيانات لا تملك حق حفظها؛ أو تمكين غيرك من حسابك أو بيع الوصول إليه؛ أو محاولة الوصول إلى حسابات أو بيانات ليست لك؛ أو نسخ التطبيق أو فكّ ترجمته أو هندسته عكسياً؛ أو الإضرار بالخدمة أو بأمنها؛ أو استخراج البيانات منها بوسائل آلية.
٧. الإتاحة والتغيير ونسخك الخاصة
نعمل على استمرار الخدمة، لكننا لا نَعِد بأنها لن تنقطع. وقد نضيف ميزات أو نغيّرها أو نسحبها، وقد نوقف الخدمة للصيانة. وننسخ بياناتك احتياطياً بانتظام لنستعيد الخدمة إن حدث خلل. وهذه النسخ لحماية الخدمة ككل، فلا يمكن استخدامها لاسترجاع عناصر بعينها عند الطلب، ولا تُغني عن السجلات المطلوب منك حفظها. فاحتفظ بنسختك الخاصة، بالطباعة مثلاً، من كل ما قد تحتاج إلى إبرازه خارج التطبيق.
٨. الإيقاف وإنهاء الاتفاق
لك أن تتوقف عن استخدام التطبيق متى شئت وأن تحذف حسابك من داخله. ولنا أن نوقف أو نُغلق حساباً يخالف هذه الشروط أو يُستخدم على وجه غير مشروع أو حيثما نُلزَم بذلك، ونُخطرك قبله متى كان ذلك ممكناً. وحذف حسابك يُخرجك من جميع أجهزتك ويُنهي كل المشاركات مع الحسابات الأخرى من الجانبين في الحال. ثم يُحذف الحساب نهائياً بعد ٣٠ يوماً، ما لم تسجّل الدخول قبلها لإلغاء الحذف، وتُزال بياناتك على النحو الموضّح في سياسة الخصوصية وفي صفحة حذف الحساب؛ ولا يُردّ الاشتراك عن بقية مدته.
٩. إخلاء الضمانات
يُقدَّم التطبيق على حالته. وفي حدود ما يسمح به القانون البحريني، لا نضمن خلوّه من الأخطاء، ولا ملاءمته لغرض بعينه، ولا صحّة ما يحفظه من بيانات — فدقّته من دقّة ما أُدخل فيه — ولا أن يكون الموعد الذي يحسبه هو الميعاد الواجب التطبيق في قضيتك.
١٠. حدّ المسؤولية
في حدود ما يسمح به القانون البحريني، لا نُسأل عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية، ولا عن فوات الربح أو فقد الموكّلين أو خسارة الدعاوى أو تفويت الجلسات أو المواعيد. ومسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تجاهك عن أي مطالبة ناشئة عن التطبيق محدودة بما دفعته لنا خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة على نشوء المطالبة. ولا يحدّ شيء مما سبق مسؤوليةً لا يجيز القانون تحديدها.
١١. التعويض
إذا رُفعت علينا مطالبة بسبب محتواك أو استخدامك للتطبيق أو مخالفتك لهذه الشروط، فإنك تتحمّل ما ينشأ عنها من خسارة وتعويض وأتعاب قانونية معقولة.
١٢. حقوقنا في التطبيق
التطبيق واسمه وتصميمه وبرمجياته ملك لنا. ولك حقّ شخصي غير حصري وغير قابل للتنازل في استخدامه ما دامت هذه الشروط سارية. ولا ينقل إليك شيء مما سبق ملكيته.
١٣. Apple وGoogle
هذه الشروط بينك وبيننا وحدنا. وApple وGoogle ليستا طرفاً فيها، ولا يقع على أيٍّ منهما التزام بتقديم دعم أو صيانة للتطبيق.
وحيثما حصلت على التطبيق من متجر Apple App Store، يسري ما يلي أيضاً:
- حقّك في استخدامه ترخيص بتشغيله على أجهزة Apple التي تملكها أو تتحكّم بها، وفق ما تسمح به شروط خدمة App Store.
- إن لم يطابق التطبيق ضماناً واجب التطبيق، فلك إبلاغ Apple وتردّ إليك ما دفعته فيه. وفي أقصى ما يسمح به القانون، هذا هو كامل التزام Apple بالضمان، وما عداه من أمر الضمان يقع علينا.
- وأي ادعاء آخر يتعلق بالتطبيق — مسؤولية المنتج، أو عدم استيفاء متطلّب قانوني أو تنظيمي، أو ادعاء بموجب قوانين حماية المستهلك أو الخصوصية — نتولّى الردّ عليه نحن لا Apple.
- وكذلك أي ادعاء من الغير بأن التطبيق يعتدي على حقوق ملكيته الفكرية، نتولّاه نحن.
- وتُقرّ بأنك لست في دولة خاضعة لحظر من الولايات المتحدة أو مصنّفة لديها كداعمة للإرهاب، وأنك لست مدرجاً في أي من قوائمها للأطراف المحظورة أو المقيّدة.
- وتُعدّ Apple وشركاتها التابعة مستفيدة من هذه الشروط ولها الاحتجاج بها قِبَلك.
١٤. تعديل هذه الشروط
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط، فيتغيّر التاريخ أعلاه، ونُظهر التغيير الجوهري في التطبيق قبل سريانه. واستمرارك في الاستخدام بعد ذلك قبولٌ للنسخة الجديدة.
١٥. القانون والاختصاص واللغة
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين مملكة البحرين، وتختصّ محاكم مملكة البحرين بأي نزاع ينشأ عنها. والنصّ الإنجليزي هو النصّ المُلزِم، والعربي ترجمة للتيسير، وعند الاختلاف يُعتدّ بالإنجليزي.
