This policy explains how RAKAM TECH W.L.L ("we") handles your information in the Attorney Agenda app. We are the data controller under Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018, "PDPL").

1. What we collect

Account details: your name, email, profile picture, and password (stored securely in hashed form, never as plain text).
Content you enter: cases, court sessions, notes, and the names of case parties (clients and opponents).
App settings, your subscription status, and basic technical data (operating system and a notification token). We do not collect any advertising or personal device identifier.
During sign-up we briefly process your IP address and an email verification code; these are deleted shortly after registration.

Your email is public. Your email address is shown to all other users in the app, and there is currently no option to hide it. By creating an account, you accept this. If you sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, the private relay address Apple gives us is what is shown and what we hold.

2. How we use it

To create and secure your account (including Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple), provide the app's features, manage your subscription, send notifications, and enable sharing that you initiate.

3. Case-party data

When you enter the names and details of clients or opponents, you are the controller of that data and we only store it on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. Your cases stay private unless you choose to share an account or specific data with another user; if you invite someone by email, we send them an invitation. We use trusted service providers — Amazon Web Services (storage and notifications), Google (Sign-In and notification delivery) and Apple (Sign in with Apple, and notification delivery on iOS) — who process limited data on our behalf. We may disclose data where required by law.

5. Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see or store your payment card details.

6. Storage & transfers

Your data is stored on secure Amazon Web Services servers. Some providers may process limited data outside Bahrain; where this happens, we rely on your consent and reasonable safeguards, as required by the PDPL.

7. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active, within the limits of the plan you are on: if your account moves to a plan with lower limits, whatever exceeds them is deleted. When you delete your account, you are signed out of all your devices and all sharing with other accounts ends right away, in both directions. Your account is then hidden from everyone, and the rest of your data is kept for 30 days so that you can cancel the deletion by signing in. After that, the account and everything in it are permanently deleted. We keep only a minimal record of the account (name, email, and country) together with the billing record of any past orders, for accounting, tax and legal-compliance purposes; this record is no longer linked to an active account and is kept only for as long as the law requires. 8. Your rights

Under the PDPL you may access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw consent, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Authority.

9. Security & children

We use appropriate measures to protect your data. The app is intended for legal professionals and is not directed to anyone under 16.

10. Changes & contact

توضّح هذه السياسة كيف تتعامل RAKAM TECH W.L.L ("نحن") مع معلوماتك في تطبيق Attorney Agenda. نحن "المتحكّم بالبيانات" بموجب قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية في البحرين (قانون رقم 30 لسنة 2018، "PDPL").

١. ما الذي نجمعه

بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، الصورة الرمزية، وكلمة السر (تُخزَّن بصيغة مُجزّأة آمنة ولا تُحفظ كنص صريح).
المحتوى الذي تُدخله: القضايا، الجلسات، الملاحظات، وأسماء أطراف القضايا (العملاء والخصوم).
إعدادات التطبيق، حالة اشتراكك، وبيانات تقنية أساسية (نظام التشغيل ورمز للإشعارات). لا نجمع أي مُعرّف إعلاني أو مُعرّف شخصي للجهاز.
أثناء التسجيل نعالج مؤقتاً عنوان IP ورمز تحقق عبر البريد، ويُحذفان بعد التسجيل بوقت قصير.

بريدك الإلكتروني عام. يظهر بريدك لجميع مستخدمي التطبيق الآخرين، ولا يتوفّر حالياً خيار لإخفائه. بإنشائك حساباً فإنك تقبل ذلك. وإذا سجّلت الدخول عبر Apple واخترت إخفاء بريدك، فالعنوان الوسيط الذي تمنحنا إياه Apple هو ما يظهر وما نحتفظ به.

٢. كيف نستخدمها

لإنشاء حسابك وتأمينه (بما في ذلك تسجيل الدخول عبر Google وعبر Apple)، وتقديم ميزات التطبيق، وإدارة اشتراكك، وإرسال الإشعارات، وتفعيل المشاركة التي تبدؤها أنت.

٣. بيانات أطراف القضايا

عند إدخالك أسماء وبيانات العملاء أو الخصوم، فأنت "المتحكّم" بهذه البيانات ونحن نخزّنها نيابةً عنك فقط. وأنت مسؤول عن وجود أساس قانوني لمعالجتها.

٤. المشاركة

نحن لا نبيع بياناتك. تبقى قضاياك خاصة ما لم تختر مشاركة حساب أو بيانات محددة مع مستخدم آخر؛ وإذا دعوت شخصاً بالبريد الإلكتروني، نرسل له دعوة. نستخدم مزوّدي خدمة موثوقين — Amazon Web Services (التخزين والإشعارات) وGoogle (تسجيل الدخول وإرسال الإشعارات) وApple (تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple وإرسال الإشعارات على iOS) — يعالجون بيانات محدودة نيابةً عنا. وقد نُفصح عن البيانات عند طلب القانون.

٥. المدفوعات

تتم معالجة الاشتراكات عبر Google Play أو متجر Apple App Store. نحن لا نرى ولا نخزّن تفاصيل بطاقتك.

٦. التخزين والنقل

تُخزَّن بياناتك على خوادم Amazon Web Services الآمنة. قد يعالج بعض المزوّدين بيانات محدودة خارج البحرين؛ وعند حدوث ذلك نعتمد على موافقتك وعلى ضمانات معقولة، كما يتطلّب PDPL.

٧. الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك نشط، في حدود الخطة التي أنت عليها: فإذا انتقل حسابك إلى خطة حدودها أقل، يُحذف ما يتجاوزها. وعند حذفك لحسابك، تخرج من جميع أجهزتك وتنتهي كل المشاركات مع الحسابات الأخرى من الجانبين في الحال. ثم يختفي حسابك عن الجميع، وتبقى بقية بياناتك ٣٠ يوماً لتتمكّن من إلغاء الحذف بتسجيل الدخول. وبعدها يُحذف الحساب وكل ما فيه نهائياً. ولا نحتفظ إلا بسجلّ مختصر للحساب (الاسم والبريد والدولة) مع سجلّ فواتير طلباتك السابقة إن وُجدت، لأغراض محاسبية وضريبية وامتثال قانوني؛ وهذا السجل غير مرتبط بأي حساب نشط ويُحتفظ به للمدة التي يتطلّبها القانون فقط. انظر صفحة حذف الحساب.

٨. حقوقك

بموجب PDPL يمكنك الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها أو حذفها، وسحب موافقتك، والاعتراض على بعض المعالجة. تواصل معنا لممارسة هذه الحقوق. ويمكنك أيضاً تقديم شكوى لهيئة حماية البيانات الشخصية في البحرين.

٩. الأمان والأطفال

نستخدم تدابير مناسبة لحماية بياناتك. التطبيق مُعدّ للمختصين القانونيين وغير موجّه لمن هم دون 16 عاماً.

١٠. التغييرات والتواصل
