Attorney Agenda — operated by RAKAM TECH W.L.L, Kingdom of Bahrain

This page explains how to request deletion of your Attorney Agenda account and the data associated with it. You can request deletion in either of the following ways.

Option 1 — Within the app

  1. Open Attorney Agenda and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Confirm with your password, or by signing in again with Apple or Google.

Option 2 — By email

If you can no longer access the app, email support@rakam.tech from any address with the subject "Account Deletion Request", and include the email address registered to your account. If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, this is the private relay address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. We will send a deletion link to that registered address in up to 7 business days, and your account is scheduled for deletion once you confirm through it.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. You will keep being charged until you cancel it from the store you bought it from.

What happens when you delete your account

Deleting your account, from the app or through the link we email you, does not remove it at once. It is scheduled for permanent deletion 30 days later, and some things happen right away.

Right away

  • You are signed out of your account on all your devices.
  • All sharing with other accounts ends, in both directions: accounts you shared your account with lose access to it, and you lose access to accounts that were shared with you. The same goes for court sessions you shared or that were shared with you, and for share invitations you sent or received.
  • Notifications that other accounts received about your actions are removed.
  • Your account is hidden from every other account: no one can find it, invite it, or share with it.

During the 30 days

  • The rest of your data, such as your cases, court sessions, notes, profile picture, and settings, stays as it is.
  • To cancel the deletion, sign in to your account, with your password or with Apple or Google. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it. Everything comes back as it was, except the sharing that ended, which does not come back.
  • Your email address stays reserved for your account and cannot be used to register a new one.

After the 30 days

  • Your account is permanently removed: we delete your cases, court sessions, notes, profile picture, account settings, and your active account profile.
  • Your email address is released and can be used to register a new account.
  • This cannot be undone.

What is retained

For accounting, tax, and legal-compliance purposes, we keep a separate billing record of your past orders (such as order ID, amount, and date). This record includes a copy of the name and email as they were at the time of purchase, so the invoice remains identifiable. This billing copy is no longer linked to an active account and is kept only as long as required by law. This is permitted under Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Law.

حذف حسابك وبياناتك

توضّح هذه الصفحة كيفية طلب حذف حسابك في Attorney Agenda والبيانات المرتبطة به. يمكنك طلب الحذف بإحدى الطريقتين التاليتين.

الطريقة ١ — داخل التطبيق

  1. افتح Attorney Agenda وسجّل الدخول إلى حسابك.
  2. اذهب إلى الإعدادات.
  3. اختر حذف الحساب.
  4. أكّد بكلمة السر، أو بتسجيل الدخول مجدداً باستخدام Apple أو Google.

الطريقة ٢ — عبر البريد الإلكتروني

إذا لم تعد قادراً على الوصول إلى التطبيق، راسلنا على support@rakam.tech من أي بريد إلكتروني بعنوان "طلب حذف حساب"، واذكر البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل بحسابك. وإن كنت سجّلت الدخول باستخدام Apple واخترت إخفاء بريدك، فهو عنوان الترحيل الخاص الذي ينتهي بـ @privaterelay.appleid.com. وسنرسل رابط الحذف إلى ذلك البريد المسجّل خلال ٧ أيام عمل كحدّ أقصى، ويُجدول حذف حسابك بمجرد تأكيدك عبره.

الاشتراكات

حذف الحساب لا يلغي الاشتراك الذي اشتريته عبر App Store أو Google Play، ويستمر الخصم حتى تلغيه من المتجر الذي اشتريته منه.

ماذا يحدث عند حذف حسابك

حذف حسابك، من التطبيق أو عبر الرابط الذي نرسله إليك بالبريد، لا يزيله في الحال، بل يجدوله للحذف النهائي بعد ٣٠ يوماً، وتحدث بعض الأمور فوراً.

في الحال

  • تخرج من حسابك على جميع أجهزتك.
  • تنتهي كل المشاركات مع الحسابات الأخرى من الجانبين: تفقد الحسابات التي شاركتَ حسابك معها الوصول إليه، وتفقد أنت الوصول إلى الحسابات التي شوركت معك. وكذلك الجلسات التي شاركتها أو شوركت معك، ودعوات المشاركة التي أرسلتها أو وصلتك.
  • تُحذف الإشعارات التي وصلت إلى الحسابات الأخرى عن أعمالك.
  • يختفي حسابك عن جميع الحسابات الأخرى: فلا يمكن لأحد العثور عليه أو دعوته أو المشاركة معه.

خلال الثلاثين يوماً

  • تبقى بقية بياناتك كما هي، مثل قضاياك وجلساتك وملاحظاتك وصورتك الرمزية وإعداداتك.
  • لإلغاء الحذف، سجّل الدخول إلى حسابك بكلمة السر أو باستخدام Apple أو Google، وإن نسيت كلمة السر فيمكنك إعادة تعيينها. فيعود كل شيء كما كان، باستثناء المشاركات التي انتهت فلا تعود.
  • يبقى بريدك الإلكتروني محجوزاً لحسابك، ولا يمكن استخدامه لإنشاء حساب جديد.

بعد الثلاثين يوماً

  • يُزال حسابك نهائياً: نحذف قضاياك وجلساتك وملاحظاتك وصورتك الرمزية وإعدادات حسابك وملفّك الفعّال.
  • يتحرّر بريدك الإلكتروني، ويمكن استخدامه لإنشاء حساب جديد.
  • ولا يمكن التراجع عن ذلك.

ما الذي يُحتفظ به

لأغراض محاسبية وضريبية وامتثال قانوني، نحتفظ بسجلّ فواتير منفصل لطلباتك السابقة (مثل رقم الطلب والمبلغ والتاريخ). يتضمّن هذا السجل نسخة من الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني كما كانا وقت الشراء، حتى تبقى الفاتورة قابلة للتعريف. وهذه النسخة لم تعد مرتبطة بأي حساب نشط، ويُحتفظ بها فقط للمدة التي يتطلّبها القانون. وهذا مسموح به بموجب قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية في البحرين.
